RETURNS

WE OFFER A HASSLE FREE 14-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE. TO REUTRN YOUR ORDER, PLEASE FORWARD YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO INFO@BADSHAHSCENTS.COM WITH THE SUBJECT LINE "REFUND" WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

RETURNS ARE NOT FREE, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE RETURN SHIPPING.

UPON APPROVAL, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S) ORDERDED EXCLUDING SHIPPING.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR RETURNS TO BE ACCEPTED - 

  • RETURNS MUST BE  SENT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. 
  • ITEM MUST BE UNUSED IN ORIGINAL FORM IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

WHEN WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS - 

  • YOU OR THE RECIPENT (IF GIFTED) DON'T LIKE THE FRAGRANCE YOU PURCHASED, HAVING OPENED THE PACKAGING AND/OR SPRAYED THE FRAGRANCE.
  • THE FRAGRANCE SMELLS DIFFERENT TO PREVIOUS PURCHASES. VARIATION BETWEEN BATCHES AND/OR REFORMULATION IS COMMON IN FRAGRANCES.
  • YOU OPENED THE PACKAGING AND REALISED YOU MISTAKENLY PURCHASED THE WRONG FRAGRANCE.
  • YOU OPENED THE PACKAGING AND FOR ANY OTHER REASON HAVE NOW DECIDED AGAINST YOUR PURCHASE. 
  • YOU HAVE GONE OVER THE 14 DAY TIME FRAME FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE ACCEPTED.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCESSIVE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.

ISSUED REFUNDS WILL REFLECT THE VALUE OF THE CONTENTS AND NOT INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE

 ** RETURNS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR UK BASED CUSTOMERS. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS BECAUSE SPECIAL LICENCES ARE REQUIRED TO SHIP FLAMMABLE GOODS BY AIR.

EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY APPROVED IF THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR HAS A DEFECT.

THE ITEM ALSO NEEDS TO BE EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME ITEM PURCHASED.

FAULTS/DEFECTS

ALL PRODUCTS ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED BEFORE POSTING AND THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT IS LOGGED TO PREVENT ACCUSATIONS OF FAULTY GOODS. ALL PRODUCTS ARE RECORDED DURING THE PACKAGING PROCESS TO PREVENT ACCUSATIONS OF INCORRECT GOODS SENT.

FAULTS/DEFECTS NEED TO BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. IF ITS A VISUAL DEFECT WE WILL NEED TO SEE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE. IF ITS A NOT WORKING ITEM FOR EXAMPLE FAULT WITH THE SPRAY MECHANISM THEN ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ITEM WE WILL HAVE THE ITEM TESTED FOR THE FAULT DESCRIBED. 

YOU WILL BE OFFERED A EXCHANGE OR A REFUND ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE FAULTY GOODS BACK AND HAVE EXAMINED THEM. 

REFUNDING YOUR PURCHASE

ONCE WE RECEIVE AND INSPECT YOUR RETURNED ORDER, WE’LL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO LET YOU KNOW WHETHER YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED OR NOT.

IF APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. PLEASE NOTE, THIS USUALLY TAKES A FEW DAYS TO GO THROUGH.

ANY ISSUES?
