Policy Regarding Refunds; Cancellations

Refund Policy

Returns:

We offer a hassle-free 14-day refund guarantee. To return your order, please forward your order confirmation email to info@badshahscents.com with the subject line "Refund" along with your order number.
Returns are not free; the customer is responsible for providing the return shipping.
Upon approval, the customer will be refunded the full price of the product(s) ordered, excluding shipping and a 4% fee will be deducted to cover the non-refundable costs we have to pay.

Condition requirements for your returns to be accepted:

  1. - Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. - Item must be unused in its original form and packaging.

When we will not accept returns:

  1. - You or the recipient (if gifted) don't like the fragrance you purchased, having opened the packaging and/or sprayed the fragrance.
  2. - The fragrance smells different from previous purchases. Variation between batches and/or reformulation is common in fragrances.
  3. - You opened the packaging and realized you mistakenly purchased the wrong fragrance.
  4. - You opened the packaging and for any other reason have now decided against your purchase.
  5. - You have gone over the 14-day time frame for your return to be accepted.
  6. - We reserve the right to refuse excessive exchanges and returns.
Issued refunds will reflect the value of the contents and will not include the original shipping fee.

**Returns are only available for UK-based customers. There will be no returns available for international orders due to special licenses required to ship flammable goods by air.**

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only approved if the item you received is damaged or has a defect. The item also needs to be exchanged for the same item purchased.

Faults/Defects:

All products are thoroughly checked before posting, and the condition of the product is logged to prevent accusations of faulty goods. Faults/defects need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
If it's a visual defect, we will need to see photographic evidence. If it's a non-working item, for example, a fault with the spray mechanism, then once we receive the item, we will have it tested.
You will be offered an exchange or a refund once we have received and examined the faulty goods.

Refunding your purchase:

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we'll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you haven't received your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer service team.

Cancellations:

All orders are processed immediately, so there will be no cancellations afforded on any purchases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct items, and we are not liable for any accidents or mistakes made by the customer in this regard. Please ensure that you have entered the correct details during the checkout process.
